E'yn Skincare — Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sample sizes and gift sets
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a promotional discount

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@eynskin.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
